It start with a karma that link two people from two different world, Karakade and Kadesurang, both of them meet by chance. Karakade try to run away from her karma and get to another world that her reincarnation live (Kadesurang). Then Kadesurang get to replace Karakade in another world to help her by made merit in the name Karakade. 

Karakade is a villain that always hurt other people for her satisfaction only. No one love or want get around her for sure. So many people really tired by her behaviour.

after Kadesurang take her place, people get confused, there only nice behaviour that Karakade doing.  Her doing was like sky and earth. Totally different 100 percent. OK. 

She also speaks many strange words that could not be understand by them.  So his betrothed, Muen Tuen, and Khun Mae got suspicious. 

they thought that she possessed by a spirit or ghost. Day by day her personality change for better. that attract Muen Tuen toward Karakade

But there also another role that make it legit:
